South Atlantic Bank

This new 4,000 square-foot office was completed in January 2015. The building is a one-story version of the bank’s Myrtle Beach and Murrells Inlet locations, complete with the pulley-operated ceiling fans, deep porticos, and louvered storm shutters.

Tidelands MOB

Tidelands Health Medical Park at The Market Common began construction in August 2017. The 65,000 square-foot building includes an imaging suite, physical therapy, pain management, primary and specialty care offices, laboratory services and more. The new medical park is now open and seeing patients!
